These two musicians are veterans of the folk music world. Brian spent the last 12 years touring and recording with the legendary Anglo-Irish band Flook. William has been exploring traditional music for over 20 years, and has performed and recorded with some of the best musicians on either side of the Atlantic.

Brian and William met at the Boxwood flute camp in Nova Scotia during the summer of 2008, where both were teaching. A concert was in the works and the lads enjoyed playing together so much they talked about the possibility of touring as a duo.

When Flook disbanded amicably at the end of 2008, the time seemed right.

Brian Finnegan & William Coulter will be touring the West Coast of the US in September and Ireland in October 2009.
